Re: xybrw

I own 7200 warrants, accumulated over the last year from 2$ to the last 1600 at 15/32 the other day. I need to sell some of my XYBR stock so the last ones were to insure I don't get left behind in a rapid rise - general plan is to convert as much as I can- IF they get converted. BTW - I listened when I had asked for advice on whether to buy my daughter warrants or stock and she owns 400 shares of XYBR - you and a couple others responded.

Thanks,
Aiko's mom

Bill,

I hold 7600 shares of XYBRW cost averaged across the last 8 to 9 months my self. If I really thought the company was serious about looking out for investors who bought into this because the thought XYBR had a vision and a chance to make that vision a reality I would be glad to hold. At present I don't believe that is the case and the warrants will be allowed to expire. So Im positioning myself to be able to get out of them. Granted I would hold if things looked a little more like the Newmans cared for investors. An extension would be great since they realize things have not materialized as they had hoped when the warrants were setup. We will see if its a look out for investors that want to see the company make it or a take the money and run approach.

Happy Trading

Stan
