Mr. "Process Boy", Mr. Otellini's thinking, to use a hackneyed consulting term, clearly does not represent "thinking outside the box." Think about ALL of his quotes in that article. They all had to do with PC's. The underlying assumption with his thinking is that the internet will migrate TOWARD Intel. This man is inebriated with the current internal corporate culture of "we're invincible-ism." The following I confirm anecdotally: The rate of evolution of the internet exceeds the rate of Intel's product and service evolution. All I'm saying is that INTC needs to become more paranoid and recognize that a whole new communications market is evolving quickly and INTC is not participating for the most part. They need to fix that - and not with their PC product line.
