Perhaps someone can come up with that elusive phone number in Toronto. You know, the one that has the O/S and float number.

Jacalyn: Getting back to that X-Stream Toronto telephone number: First of all, I picked up the number from this thread by Thomas Allinder Post #405. That was on Tuesday, May 11, 1999. The next day I called that number. An x-stream tape came on and I left a message.(Post 414) Within seconds, the telephone rings and my taped message is replayed back to me. Later I received a telephone call from someone at x-stream's office in Toronto. The gentleman was very pleasant and overviewed the company, most of which you find on this thread. I re-posted the number, in all innocence, and get the feed back from you. There's no such number. I was shocked and called myself. I sure enough, there was no one there who talked about x-stream. That was strange. This has been bothering me all day! I thought it might be possible I could have dial another number by mistake, but I searched high and low and could not find one, only the original number by Thomas Allinder. I pick up the phone again and call that number for the second time today. I said to the gentleman, this is the number I talked to yesterday and found some general information concerning x-stream. The gentleman replied: that is correct, but from now on our London office will be answering questions on x-stream. That's fair enough with me. You can't have several people with a possibility of getting their wires crossed on one company, I guess. Jacalyn, you can confirm that with your London contact. In the meantime, that original newspaper document that brought me into this stock in the first place say that they have a London and TORONTO office. You don't suppose, a company like x-stream that offered the first free local telephone service in the UK, was operating their Toronto office without a telephone, do you? And to end, surely God, I wasn't the only one to call that number and leave a message and get a return telephone call from that Toronto office. Who else did so we can straighten you up? In the meantime, I bought this bloody stock and when I did the stock has been going down every day. So I feel the anxiety like the rest of you. So let's hope what I've been reading in that newspaper item and the rest of you have been receiving in telephone calls from London, is true. Because if not, we'll all be wiped out. Thanks for reading this Jacalyn, and keep up the good work.!!!
