If you believe Todd's projection of THQ earning north of $3.00 for FY99, the share price should be in the range that Todd is estimating. If THQ grows at 30% or more per year, and the games unveiled at E3 makes that seem very achievable, the PE should be at least 20. I think Todd is projecting a rational market, something that sadly has not yet been the case for THQ. But with E3, they are now starting to come across as a very substantial company.

Here we go again... The projection is not crazy or moon level at all, think about it. By July when Q2 earning out, assume the analyst is correct this time. THQI trailing EPS will be $2.31. Even it $75 per share, p/e is only at 32.5. When I first joined THQI in 1997, the p/e is also in the 30s. THQ was fairly valued in 1997, so "it has happened before"! It is the WCW glitch and the small cap avoidance behavior that sent the stock in unpredictable level and historical low valuation, in the reality THQI is getting stronger and stronger. BUT I agree with you Jeffrey. Please keep the expectation low. This is exactly why I didn't reply to the TA question. THQI always bring in surprise (or shock) to break our sweet dream. I hope this time is an exception....... Russell is on the way to new high..... but what do I know.....?? best of lucks aC
