It's ammendment 3. Nothing jumps out at me but I scanned it briefly off the screen. My kids have commandeered both the house printers.(any one else?) Andrei Manilou I am told is originally from Romania and has a PH.D in solid state Physics in addition to being a lawyer.
I just wanted to add to my comments to Zeev that if there is nothing serious going on, the support of the big four would have already waned and the stock would be in the 3's.
The only other thing I can think of is that there is a serious disconnect between the scientists and engineers of Valence and their management. But this seems unlikely. The big four are very bright people.

Never-the-less I did like the quote from the Financial Times Battery articles that there are "liars, damned liars, and battery researchers".
