They got 120K shares sold and then instead of holding the inventory they just filled the existing orders that came in at the bell ... happens all the time after a big sell towards the close. Too many shares in the float to worry about about it.

Also 4 of the worse OTC MMs have control of the bid and ask ... HRZG & HILL on the ask and WDCO & WEIN on the bid. Nothing but money for them. They'll keep the trading tight and profitable for them.
