Steve, I had looked through EDGAR for the 10-Q filing, but had not found it. I respect your opinion on this stock, since you probably know more about its history than anyone here.

Do you believe the following two JNNE posts to be true:

#reply-3520281 - In the context of... if JNNE never got the AFNS shares, what's left of the assets? Any idea how much, if anything, they still owe the IRS?

#reply-7430000 - May 1998... 38 million shares... Jan. 1999... 55 million shares... May 1999... 70 million shares. A pattern here? About 15 million shares issued every 6 months?

I recall reading that JNNE's argument in the suit was that it did not "really" receive 15% of the AFNS stock because AFNS increased the shares unexpectedly. I imagine the AFNS argument is "they got 15 percent." I can't believe such a thing wouldn't be in the contract, or conspicious by its absence. So what's taking so long on the suit?

If AFNS never gave them any stock, why deliver the network to them?

Countersuit too? This could take forever.
