You've shown nothing to indicate Durando ever had anything to do with Nash, and if he did, that it would incriminate him. I'm not even sure what Nash (whoever he is)did to get an SEC complaint filed against him. Would you like to try again? I'm open to anyone who can convince me I shouldn't invest in the company. But I'm also on to short tactics of presenting info that has no relevance in hopes they can drive a price down to cover their short sales. Unless you find something to show nexus and illegal actions BY XDSL PEOPLE I'll just assume you've made a poor attempt to discredit the company by using totally irrelevant information. Still Long
