<where is the money going to come from to fund acquisitions?>

I believe the name of the game, these days, is restricted stock, and you just hope that there are enough added revenues to offset the dilution.

Jon, this is a start up junior mining company. They have not FAILED yet...they have Challana, which will be a player when POG increases, and they have another Bolivian interest which may or may not prove to be profitable at whatever the pog will be in future.

SUNR has the resources to wrap up a lucrative deal or two, or many, depending upon whether Joe, Steve and the rest of the SUNR directors think that the properties that they are looking at will prove to be profitable.

If the Honduras property that has been mentioned before proves to be potentially profitable, SUNR may begin it's profitable future as soon as possible.

Jon, this company is a crap shoot. I believe in the SUNR company management's experience, expertise, and ability to make SUNR a profitable mining company.

I bought GE with a lot of faith and little knowledge...I bought SUNR with a little faith and a lot more knowledge.

Investing in start up BB companies is a very risky business.
