No one has walked away to my knowledge Jon. Except for a somewhat disconnected stock promoter who seems to have the SUNR shares issued to him intact.

Please, do not buy SUNR if you are looking for an established BB company, SUNR is not yet established, it is in it's infancy.

<How much did the original principals walk away with anyway?>

How the heck would I know? The answer could even be, nothing. Seems to me that one of them is CFO isn't he?

But, unless the share price rises a bunch, a rollback, and dilution for financing, with restricted stock, would not surprise me. Not saying that WILL happen or is even being discussed, just that it wouldn't surprise me.
