Yep I agree with you.

Did the company ever send their financial data to Standard and Poors?
If so, I have never seen any confirmation from S&P of same.

Since the late April financial data, the company has, more or less, let the stock float with no follow up PR's or info. If that persists you can bet it will revisit $2 and lower.
