(OTCBB:MODS) is pleased to announce that effective immediately, it has been accepted for trading
on the Third Market Segment of the Berlin Stock Exchange under the symbol "MPU".

"This signifies a major milestone for Modern Computer Systems," says Pierre Combaluzier, MODS
director, "allowing the Company to access the European investment community. Equally important,
however, we can also introduce the concept of the Cashfinger System to Europe prior to actually
