I just sent a complaint to customer service re:available cash, not that I expect anything but a standard response. Will post in a week or two when I get a response :)
BTW I opened an account with wit this am and I read something on their site about having until settlement to make all the cash available on their IPO's. Can someone that plays this game there as well please verify this? TIA

Does Etrade actually say "no cash available" as reason for no allocation in their Dear John?
