Penalized for flipping? Maybe... maybe not. All I know is I'd love to be penalized, never even get the chance to. So far no good on PCLN(kept checking ipo center, not current offerings- this was before the crazy refreshing era we're in now), ng on VUSA(got in early but didn't know "right" answers for customer profile), ng on NETP(was in the first minute that did not get shares), and now ALOY(not enough cash this am). Guess I shouldn't complain too much, I did get RVWD... lol. Not sure how much more of this I can take...
