Maybe I can donate an hour a 2 a week to a down payment assistance program for first time home buyers or help in community housing to needy people.

Excellent ideas, Darline. . .Best wishes on whatever you choose to do. . .the best part is that it will make a difference in someone's life.

Glad you are doing well with investments. Careful averaging up in larger portions than your original investment, however. . .that makes you top heavy and more exposed should there be a quick pull back. Always best to build your positions like you are building a pyramid.

Biggest investment at the bottom and smaller additions on the way up. . .right up until you start taking profits. . .then keep on taking profits in the same manner. . .idea is to get out ALL of your original investment and to hold risk free shares long.

Loading up like an inverted pyramid makes it far harder to get out original investment, thus cuases more risk.
