Maybe the actual timestamp of when you submit your IOI isn't really what they go by. We didn't record the timestamp, but I'm pretty sure it was pretty late on my wife's account, as we had to fill out the customer profile for the first time, and we had errors where we had to go back a couple of times. I was sure it took more than 3 minutes and thought it would be too late, although we clicked on the "Go Now" button pretty early.

She got shares, and I didn't (started mine after hers was done). Could they go by when you click on the "Go Now" button rather than the time you complete the process, or were we quicker than we thought?

How many people can thoroughly review a prospectus in < 3 minutes anyway?
