It has been so quiet here for almost two weeks now. I wonder if anybody has read the excellent DD below on HRCT done by Thomas Allinder (one who does absolutely superb DD on BB companies). He only posts on one or two threads but I do listen/read every single post of his, all of them with substance.

HRCT.... been working on this stock for 2 months... DD:
Readers Digest condensed Version:

At this time, the CEO of HRCT, Alan Phan is in China working on completing a deal with China Infohighways...

China Infohighways has 120K users in China. China Infohighways already has two e-commerce sites that are revenue producers. XNET has 20K users.

Should the deal come to pass (and, of course, Mr Phan is confident it will) then this would lead to an interesting valuation:
XNET trades at around $3 a share for their 20K users... should CI merge with HRCT,this would give CI/HRCT 120K and growing users at .25 a share... hummmm
interesting....

Additionally, HRCT is acquiring a CA based Telcom company (can't tell me which)must
wait on the NR. This Telcom company did $150M in revenue in 1998.
Finally there are two other small ISPs in China Mr Phan is trying to acquire.

Reading through the news, you will see lots of recent problems with lawsuits, squabbles
and whatnot in HRCT's past. This has all been ironed out. There are no pending
lawsuits against the company.

The whole idea with HRCT is for the "shell" to become a company through a major
acquisition or two. The CI thing could be that acquisition.

Enova will be spun off into another company leaving HRCT as primarily an internet only
company....
