Badger,

IDX is a very hard stock to value......Much like the internet stocks. Positioning, relationships and "first in" status is very important.

On one hand.....we tend to feel that IDX has the upper hand.....and perhaps the inside track with most of the major players.....Yet IDX has yet to announce any of the relationships that would make IDX a darling of the e-commerce world.

Do they have any?....We know they have Compaq.....and Oracle....and Cherry, and Keytronics.....and so on.

But Cherry has been the only press release since the closing of the IDT buyout.

The Multos/Mastercard announcement was very cool.....but it was not commented upon by IDX or analysts......so it must not mean as much as we think......or be as solid as we think.

I think many are expecting a bit more stuff...exciting stuff....rocket the stock stuff......and we have yet to see it......yet.

At about $11.50.....I think IDX is at a fair take off point.......IDX has been here many times......having only a fraction of the prospects and partners they have now.......And the industry does seem to be getting much attention.

So while some may see IDX as very high.......I see them as a super value........if they can somehow squeeze out the bigger picture to the public.....

I'm not sure how it will come about exactly....but I believe IDX is headed higher. The volume is now where institutions need it to be....institutional ownership is very small.....and the short position rather high.

Momentum is a neat thing....I think we have it now. It is time to visit the pantry.
