RACE traded above then closed at 5 today. 10-Q due out soon. Must have some great news (NOT!). Anybody for taking another shot at this pidgeon? S-8 from 5/4/99 excite.elogic.com Registering 500,000 shares "Issuable upon award of stock grants available to be granted under the DATA RACE, Inc. Consultant and Advisor Stock Plan." Also amends the Articles of Incorporation to provide for the indemnification of Directors in the event of a lawsuit (good idea).
