Magpie nests...I DID have one, but it was under construction. The damn birds were squawking for 5 hours straight one afternoon, during which time I attempted to take a nap. I gave up, and went outside with a long pole. Since the nest was under construction and there were no eggs in it, I destroyed the thing, though it took MAJOR effort, being a fort as I said earlier. Result...? The magpies thought a giant predator had moved into the neighborhood, and the nearest magpie nest is now a long way from my house. Many happy naps since then...
