Do you know of any cases where companies like Kodak have done hostile takeovers of OTCBB stocks selling slightly over .20? How about we focus on some real world events....like the share price, and what is going to be done to get it going in the opposite direction.....

Hostile, I doubt, but recently, GE took a major position in a fuel cell company, their name escapes me right now, I believe it was 40%, quite substantial. Kodak did buy few years back some private start ups before they even went public. I just do not see how TSIG would fit the strategic plan of Kodak, or GE at this time. GE has a policy of entering only those markets where it can be the top dog or be the second top dog with a fighting chance of becoming the top one. Zeev
