I looked at the new thread you have created. I do not see any wrong doing on the part of the management or anything that suggests CYSS is a fraud. On the contrary, the following post:

indicates that in 1997 and 1998 James Rogers was CEO and Edwin W. Austin was CFO of Net 1, and then you wrote:

The Net 1 stock price went from about $1.62 in 1997 to $18.25 in 1998, with a total volume over two years of about 5.6 million shares, according to otcbb.com .

I like to invest in a company that has a CEO and a CFO with such a track record.
