Well, it makes sense that one would want to assemble proof before sending information to the SEC. Still, I must point out that your sentence above is misleading. The fact that something has been sent to the SEC doesn't actually prove in any way that you have proof of anything as it suggests. As you should know- I myself joined in accusing Mr. Oshinsky of writing for all three aliases- and by my estimation he essentially admitted doing so in his reply to my own post here. A different matter would be if you have proof that Oshinsky acted at the request of DCHT. Did he tell them he could form aliases and have them talk to each other in praise of DCHT- if only DCHT would pay him to do so? Nothing has appeared on this thread that would prove to even the quickest mind that DCHT instigated Oshinsky's activities here. The bottom line is that unless you have something new to offer on the matter then you have NOTHING on DCHT, just Steve. The products and business plans of DCHT look quite good IMHO. I can't think of a soul here who approves of Oshinsky's actions here nor should they- even if he IS legally in the clear. For now he remains here providing news only and I welcome that, it is good. Whether Oshinsky has himself legally covered is doubtfull IMHO. Clearly S.I. itself doesn't see clear evidence that he has committed crimes here(perhaps they should!). I presume the SEC will decide. But really Francios, if you have something on the company why don't you share it with us so we can all get out...I'll be the first to go. Fact is, if you DID have anything you WOULD have shared it, and EVERYONE here would already be gone. "It'll make this thread look bad again, but, since it's what you want, I'll be glad to oblige....." I don't want your repeat rehash here...but I'll defend your right to do it until it becomes a thorough nuisance(UhOh!). If the company is bad and you tell us all about why that's so it actually makes the thread look GOOD! I don't want to read nor write responses to you which call you names. I don't want to write lengthy diatribes exposing holes in your arguments- to which you never reply on point. What I want is for you to speak to the substance of the points you've been called on by many thread participants. Serve it up, please. I think that most everyone reading this thread is open minded enough to recognize a good argument discrediting DCHT and act upon it. Clearly the masses here simply haven't seen one. If DCHT is a scam in any way I'm sure we'd all like to know. We all would immediately join the bearer of the bad news in spreading the word. I know I would. So if there is a significant point we are all unaware of, please share it.
