INTERNET--(esecurities.W)--May 14, 1999 - Mpath's Partners incl. Intel&reg*, Management Team.

Mpath Partners (Intel&reg...) mpath.com
Mpath Management (Founder, Chief Entrepreneur; V.P. Business Marketing, Live Communities; V. P. Brand Marketing; V. P. Advertising Sales Live Communities; ..) mpath.com

ThrustMaster Management thrustmaster.com [key executives] [note: The Key Founders/Visionaries at ThrustMaster are gone; WeCanTalk.com founders/visionaries are Frank Hausmann, Ron Resnick and Rob Smart]. It appears a given? that TMSR simply must pursue a strategy similar to our previous post ref/

>>spin-off ThrustMaster MotorSports [non-Internet Telephony
>>hardware div]....rename Co. WeCanTalk.com...hire away
>>top Internet telephony marketing people with substantive
>>b/g in Internet Telephony/Internet alliances e.g. at IDTC,
>>MPTH...IPO WeCanTalk.com...have a warchest of
>>$100-$150M (incl. ThrustMaster spin-off)...(.)

...and this should have been [aggressively] in motion the day of Mpath's IPO, April 29, 1999 and conceptually since 12/98 [Intel buying into Hausmann's WeCanTalk.com "vision"].

*Intel&reg appears to have a 'straddle' on this [voice-enabled chat] technology/investment.

You know, I have seen a marked improvement in the more balanced content of your posts lately, and Mpath is definitely an interesting comparison - your head to head comparision of the sites was indeed telling.
But then I read this? Thrustmaster files a late filing with the SEC claiming economic hardship, and you think they have anywhere near the resources for an IPO? And where is the money going to come from? Who would buy the stock? No users, no real sales?
wecantalk.com won't *ever* scream, except in pain.
