Razor, today's filing seems to be merely legal dotting of I's and crossing of T's. The only change seems to be Cooley and Goodard stating that the common shares, preferred shares, and/or warrants which may be sold will be legal instruments if and when they are sold after VLNC decides to amend the registration to end the indefinite delay. Is that how you read it? <VBG>
