Concerns are warranted...

After modest gains I sold SLEU. They don't return phone calls. Financials were promised in January (after their audit) and not delivered.

See the post on ragingbull early this week where a little stock info is outlined. Key points are 6 million preferred shares with some unknown conversion rate. Maverick Group has 5 million preferred shares and SJI Group has another million. Add this to the 4 million of common known to be out there.

Also, look at the volume. Do you really think the steady volume over the last few weeks represents turnover of 4 million shares? Does anyone else think some of this volume represents preferred shares coming to market at some unknown conversion rate? Insiders cashing out ahead of the financials? I guess there's no way of knowing for now.

Put it all together, I'm somewhat pleased that I took decent profits as these problems became too big to ignore. Of course, I'm disappointed that I didn't "ride the wave" over the last few days since it does not appear that most folks have any interest in these enigmas.

I also have to wonder about the name change. The whole thing smells fishy to me. On the other hand, www.isleuth.com is a good looking functional site which clearly has value.

By the way, I moved my SLEU money into EXGP. 1.8 million shares with under a million in the float. Superb technology. A real track record. Accessible management. Check out ExperSearch and comparative book shopping. www.webdata needs some work but site improvements are regular and the potential of their technologies is striking.

Best of luck.
