I am new to this thread but made some very quick money with this stock during the past week...in at 2.41 and out at 2.75...never greedy. However, I am concerned with some of the chatter. Is this company for real or just a convenient stock to be shorting at this time.

Is there any hard evidence that this company is overvalued and the chip can be duplicated easily? Are there no patents or copyrights protecting Tri-Vision?

I agree. I did the exact same. Pigs get slaughtered. Take a profit before it comes back down.

I still think that there will be some deals for TVL that should will happen over the next month or so, however the stock will take a dive until that happens. Longer term though (next two years) their product will probably become the industry standard. That is precisely the reason why Nichimen became involved. Presently the stock is grossly overvalued given their Market capitalization, however things could easily change once a deal with Sharp is announced.

I suspect that some money was made during the last runup which will provide Grunberg the finances he needs to immplement his 4 pronged marketing plan. He is capitalizing on the recent news and events in the states in order to bring awareness to v-gis decoders. I imagine it will work and bring in some revenues, however it is still a quite few months or more down the road. Until then the stock will head south.

Once the tvs hit the stores v-chip enabled it will bring a heightened awareness to the use of v-chips and should probably fuel the decoders sales. I am not saying it will be huge, but there should be big difference annual revenues for tvl.

IMHO

Best to all

Doug
