I backed up the truck and doulbled my position in UTEK at 13 today after staring at my screen awhile. I says to myself, "Self, how much downside can there be from here?" I have no idea, but maybe this is the bottom for UTEK, finally. This the cheapest I've ever bot the shares.

I am getting extremely weary of waiting for the Street to believe in this new cycle. The amat CC was as amazing a CC as I've ever heard for this sector and knew the Street would now believe with a faith not heretofore found. And yet we watch and wait still and languish with these stocks. Real orders being placed and real shipments being made as we proceed from a recession into what could well be a multi-year cylce. And yet these stocks fall apart. If one cannot buy amat after they blew the Street away and had the cc that they had, what in the hell is is going to take for someone to take the initiative to buy the stock? I've made some huge gains and am up on everything save utek, but then I had my buying shoes on last fall when the biggies went off a cliff.

Is anyone else getting unsettled as I am. I'm not selling, but how damn long is it going to take? If amat could not do it, what will it take to make people buy these companies? My conclusion is that the market is wrong and I'm right. I didn't think about it until now but last fall turned out to prove me right when the market was wrong. How else do you say it without patting myself on the back?

Did anyone else buy at 13? How about 12 tomorrow or 10 next week?

Rgds, D
