Well, when welfare benefits such as WIC, foodstamps, and cash assistance are so good, and get better, with children, why not? HUD regulations dont help much either, by limiting the benefits a mother can recieve if she has a male co-habitor or a spouse. The laws achieve the precise opposite effect of what they were intended. And 90% of children who grow up in welfare homes become welfare beneficiaries themselves, it becomes self-perpetuating and generational poverty...
