The only thing which would make the ratio lower
would be that at the time of the conversion the
dilution of the common will drive them lower.
But by how much ?
If the company is at full speed at this time,
new buyers will eat the new float and it will
only last for some time.
Moreover, when you get your commons you don't
need to sell immediately.
Of course there will be a drop.
Maybe more an opportunity to buy than an opportunity
to sell!!!
