Paul, If you compare the K6-2 pricing with Celeron pricing, you will see that the pricing is fine. As long as you describe Intel's pricing in the sub-450 MHz as plummeting - I agree with you. Regarding the 500 MHz part: I take it that it is already shipping to key OEMs (in limited quantities, to be sure) And we haven't even included the impact of the 400 Mhz notebook part! Chuck
