You're not alone John. I'm listening. :-) I covered about 1 month ago in anticipation of a pump before the financing deal is announced. Hopefully I'll have an opportunity to reshort at higher prices.

Hi John, I'm here too I just haven't had anything to add. I've been following this stock since Dr. Fox was literally peddling his shares door to door. To this day I never have pulled the trigger on a short though, mostly because I didn't feel I knew enough about the value of the patents. I think that's becoming less and less relevant, and I may finally decide to do it if this ever gets north of $5 again. I'm curious about those convert holders. To quote Groucho, "I can't imagine what's delaying that coffee pot". I wonder if they're hoping to play the convert game with ENML again, and don't want to mess up the sand box. FWIW, Mark
