<CLEV> I did a little checking (by no means exhaustive) and it looks like the 21.20/share number if the team is sold for $300 million is about right. The public company owns 51% of the team, and Jacobs owns the other 49% plus about 30% of the public company, thus roughly 2/3 of the team. What I didn't have time to look into is whether there is anything that would prevent a new owner from paying $200 million to Jacobs for his share (and control), but leaving the public shares public and preventing shareholders from cashing in at perhaps a 30% premium to where the stock is now.
