HLTH to merge with WebMed. That's why IPO was withdrawn. Probably not quite as profitable for PTEK though, JMHO

Volpe Brown Whelan's Mulcahy on Healtheon-WebMD
Merger: Comment

San Francisco, May 14 (Bloomberg) -- Volpe
Brown Whelan analyst Mark Mulcahy commented on
Healtheon Corp. and closely held WebMD's plans
to merge. The two Internet health-care services
companies plan to announce their merger on
Monday, according to people familiar with the
transaction. ''Healtheon and WebMD were both
going to be the Internet superpowers in the
short-term. These two were going to be pushing
the valuations and the boundaries. A
combination of the two is tremendously
exciting.''

Development of the Internet health-care
industry ''is going to be a marathon and we're
only in the first couple of paces. But a merger
like this so soon is definitely positive.''
