Brian: Thanks for that. It is hardly a ringing endorsement of NETP by Steve Harmon. He puts emphasis on its need to merge or be bought out.

The curious thing is that on his SI Thread, Steve Harmon was more clearly bullish on NETP.

netp - at this juncture i like netperceptions based on its focus in providing targeted offers...sales grew at a phenomenal rate from basically nothing to $4.5 million fiscal year 1998 vs. 1997 while losses were held about even at $5 million
