It is possible we could have received a higher bid but OTEX approach has been such it was unlikely they'd have succeeded.

HUM actually now becomes quite attractive. I had owned them before and taken losses but I will probably take a bite at some point. As for 11 bucks, it is 1 dollar better and in cash then the original offer which was around 10 before both DOCS and HUM went down. I think this is better deal for HUM share holders......
