Tomahawk's lack of new construction jobs in 1998, management is currently 1 planning to explore opportunities to combine Tomahawk with a more profitable company

Tomahawk didn't get the jobs in 1998 because they still cannot get bonded. Would you hand over a major construction job to an un-bondable company? To "combine" Tomahawk with a more profitable company might work...but the shadow still looms.

If it wasn't for Tomahawk.....the rest of the 10K doesn't look as bad as I had anticipated. LOL...I'm sure CPA-hubby will have something to say about it, but I'll keep it off the thread. Long timers will know what I'm talking about. I've still got the bruises. The messenger got shot on that one.

There is also a bit of innuendo there - "effectively entered" into stock purchase agreement. In legal lingo....that doesn't make it a done deal. Take out the "effectively" and I'd be a little happier.

Basing nicely though. I think those pesky sub-pennies are gone forever.

Good luck,
Helene
