I do not like it with NH as acquirer and have sold my NH stock. The Street obviously disagrees. My simplistic way of looking at it is that at the well defined lows NH was selling at about 1/2 of CSE. If anything I think NH is relatively more valuable now. However, it would probably cost at least 2 1/2 NH for one CSE now. In other words NH would be overpaying. I also don't much like the market generally and NH has doubled in a very short period of time.
