Thanks for the good work Bob. One of the things I like is to be found at the end of the announcement...look at the resources that Spescom has...lots of engineers in "knowledge-management and digital voice processing". Also has alliances with several of the other "world's top corporations in its field"...we gain lots of additional help in development and software engineering, and possibly some access to other partners. WE ARE VIABLE.

looks like Sirom (now Finova) got everything they wanted out of this.
i'd say the big negative is the eventual dilution and the realization the company isn't on the sales block.
only posting the negatives, because i'm sure everyone else will post all of the positives. <g>
