I wonder if his prior default on the complaint by the FTC had not been disclosed, if he would have had the character to resign?

Reed is GONE. At least he had the character to resign. Boy Clinton doesn't have that type of character! So, no need to discuss Reed. Augs

"Have that type of character"? I believe that he is that type of character.

But Mr. Clinton was not able to resign while retaining his position as major stockholder in the United States, then be able to be reelected at 3:30pm the following day, but at least able to say, at the time of the press release, that he was 'GONE'.

This analogy would be more accurate if the primary product of the US was shares of stock.

Surely you're joking. Reed is still the company's largest shareholder. And the 15c2-11 still contains those pesky misrepresentations.

Tell me: what is it you don't understand about pyramid schemes?
