Overall I am bearish, but I dont think the dipsters will go away yet.
The problem now is what stocks or indicies will be the ones to head up on the rebound.

Yesterday the DOW was up on the back on 1 stock. IBM was up 20 points which accounts for about 85 DOW points. My point is that the
rebound will happen but will probably not be widespread.

Im watching the small caps today. If they sell off rapidly thats a really negative sign, but if they hold that would be a positive on a
relative basis.
