what a change Teckies were up earlier!! re:OTC, As a daytrader I also recommend highly against daytrading the OTC. As pointed out by Buckey you pay the spread set by MM's who are at best unscrupulous (IMHO). however, it is a CDN exchange so it does qualify...just as NASDAQ OTC BB would qualify if this was a US thread.

So I don't think we can say they are not allowed. I would never trade one, but maybe others would!!

Good Luck today!

Another "New Kid on the Block" - A brief note to introduce myself and to express my appreciation of the many helpful and informative postings on this thread.

I have been lurking since late March and finally paid my membership a couple of weeks ago after making some respectable gains on BIT.A and GLE.T and less impressive amounts on TUR and NLC. Due to lack of experience and maybe a bit of greed, I have had a couple of short-termers turn into investments (MCF, NLC).

I am inclined to buy more GLE today as day or short-term traders and would appreciate any thoughts on this.

Hopefully I will soon be able to start contributing useful information to the thread.

Besr regards to all.

Dave
