I too have tendered my shares but had I known of this I would not have done so.

Just the reason I didn't tender mine. You knew GEC was taking care of FORE bigshots to help get their offer accepted over a potentially better deal for stockholders.

This is one shareholder suit I'd be happy to be part of. I hope they string up Gill and his buddies.

Yes, I agree. GEC PL is a huge an respected company it is hard for me to believe that they would be be party to something that may tarnish their reputation just to beat ERICY (or whoever) to the deal.

We will see.
