Mohan,
Dell, Quintiles, and FHC sounds like equity for services deals. It sounds like the types of partnerships and alliances that could help Koop in the long run. Right now, their financials look anemic though. I think they are skipping a round or two of traditional financing (then again, it seems everyone is doing that) and coming out early to time the market. Does anyone have their latest traffic numbers for April and May. Is the 2.6M user figure a cumulative or a monthly?
