Paul, while I agree that "no mention of revalidation" is a disappointment, it is not unusual for a company like McDs to insist on it -- I most certainly would, if it were my call. I would want shipments into only a few outlets, to make absolutely sure that all is well. Also, again I couldn't disagree with you more, as far as the future of the company is concerned. Khashoggi doesn't throw money out the window, and in that regard on 4/27/99 the following PURCHASES of ERTH stock were transacted: E Khashoggi Industries bought 97,752 shares @ approx. $14/share; Essam Khashoggi bought 97,752 shares @ approx. $14/share; and Layla Khashoggi bought 195,504 shares @ approx. $14/share (source: Microsoft Investor). ERTH--P&F read..Hit 8 today..Breaking the all important 8.5 support that has been reliable and in place since the big sell-off in Jan. This is bad news IMO. Strange that after a nice pop in the last days that this would happen on no news. Perhaps the resigning McLaughlin is dumping his holdings..I don't know this, I'm just wondering what/why/how....? I was just about to initiate a position (I've been waiting for some time) with a close stop when 8 was punched...Since 8 would have been my stop..Now I wait again. BTW--If ERTH is somehow able to 11 today then the column of X's will continue and the chart will be in tact..I doubt it happens. Disclaimer: All IMO and I'm often wrong. Lost1 ps--looks like a better short play than long
