you've got it all wrong. it my understanding the company doesn't have to honor the warrants. if the company really cared about us (shareholders) they would just give us a 2.5 forward split. what it comes down to is that the company wants our money and for what? they haven't offered up an excuse for the true reason of why we have to pay 3 bucks a share for our own dilution. it's inflationary and for what.

KAA, I just saw the interview PR. It's a nice freebie and I was just thinking if IPOsite has considered doing something similar? What if IPOsite did similar type interviews with "future" IPO CEOs to ask them where their company has been, where they are, and where they are going, AND posted the audio links on their site. Maybe even Bob Back could do the interview. They would be short and would introduce the new company, give us a chance to hear the CEO "live", introduce (maybe) the proposed ticker symbol, and plain just put some pre-ipo exposure for folks to start doing some DD. After all, when y'all (that's Texan) start doing 2-3 IPOs per Qtr, there won't be much time to go through what we've gone through on SI and RB talking and questioning DJH. biz.yahoo.com I'm sure a cracker jack programmer like Bill could easily handle this <g>... Just a thought...what'cha think? I know its probably not your call, so maybe you could run it by BB.
