Wisdom, Where do we stand? IMO I think that DCI is standing at a crossroads right now but that the odds are a bit more in our favor now than they were. I was truly impressed by the effecient manner that DCI cranked out the 3 restated Q's and also right away got up with our MM's to provide them with whatever they needed to complete their paperwork, there obviously were a lot of late hours put in on that effort. If we can emerge from the suspension with a clean bill of health, then I think that we have a real chance of making some serious progress in the area of our stock price and in the companies position in the upcoming months. I really do like the LD expansion plans in Europe. If DCTC resumes on the OTCBB, then from my research we will be one of the few that did, but then DCI is not your average OTCBB company either. If we don't resume on the OTCBB and can't get back there for an extended period, then progress would obviously be much more difficult and I think that if this happens the company should look at all of it's other options carefully. As to the lawsuit, it's a shame that so much effort is being spent on these sorts of issues but then I don't see that DCI had any real choice at this point. Whitman and Breed are a well known law firm, who knows maybe we just found a new source of "financing" this company needs for expansion?? (GG)
