There was a dip buying this morning around 9:50 EST in NASDAQ, driving index from -50 to -23.

I agree very strongly with your thinking here. If there is to be any sustained move to the downside, we must first churn through all of the available buyers - recent experience tells us there is quite a herd of BTDers. I'd like to see a string of modestly negative days, and then a nice drop as folks run out of buying power.

not sure what is happening on the other threads...Michelle likes to sleep late and collect her winnings in the last hour or two of each mkt day -vbg-....and she is on the left coast .
