>>What is the time frame from when they file to when they are listed? Will they be considered as a small cap or national listing? What are the chances of them changing there name to a .com in order to take advantage of the positive market trends in tech stocks? What is with the volume?<<

I will attempt to answer your questions to the best of my knowledge. However, I would advise you to contact Quentin Mai (ASI's Investors' Relations person) at 1-888-399-7000. He should be able to answer many of your questions. If anyone else wants to jump in here, to correct or add to my comments, please do so.

I think that the NASDAQ acceptance process takes approx. 45 to 60 days from the date of the application. This application process can take some time. It is a pretty thorough process. There are also are a number of minimum requirements that have to be met in order to qualify for either the Small Cap or National Market. These relate to an average minimum share price and market cap etc. I do know that the Small Cap has a minimum share price of $4 U.S. and the National Market has a $5 U.S. minimum price requirement. Here is the URL for the NASDAQ, and you should be able to find out what the other requirements are from this site. nasdaq.com

In a recent interview, the President of ASI mentioned that they will be looking at a Small Cap listing in the second half of this year. (Note: at the current share price, that would provide us with a 300% return on our investment).

Now this is just my opinion, but I would be surprised if the company put a .com behind their name. They are a software company who can enable a company to transmit data through the Internet, but they are not an Internet company. Therefore, INMO, unless they changed their business model through an acquisition or new product line, then a .com would not be in the cards. But once again, the ASI folks could answer this with much more insight than I have.

I believe that some of the people who bought in at a lower price may have taken some profits. It happens all the time with growing companies. I feel confident that the volume will pick up soon, and when it does, the share price will then rise accordingly. All I know is that I have been using these low share prices to accumulate more shares. I don't see this as a quick in and out profit machine. I see it as an investment and not a speculative flip. I have a pretty healthy position now, and I now consider this company as one of my core holdings.

Their profitability is very impressive (look at the last financial report), they have a strong management group, their potential customer base is enormous, their products are best of class, and their new customers are continually selecting them above other larger and more established firms. Now, if I owned a bigger company that was also bidding for the same contracts, and my firm was continually losing out to these new ASI upstarts, then I would take a good look at why this was happening! Based on what I know about the field, their products etc. I would look seriously at buying their company because these new kids on the block aren't going away. I also believe that based on what they have accomplished to date, who they have signed contracts with, and the momentum that they are building now - that ASI looks like they will only get stronger. If you haven't done so already, go back and read the new customer testimonials from the company press releases. They are pretty telling.

If you haven't guessed by now <ggg>, I like this company and I like the fact that if their President is able to take this company to the real NASDAQ board and off the OTC market, then the value of my investment will more than triple. But then again, with the opportunities that are before them, the listing on NASDAQ could be just the start of something much bigger.

That said, please don't take my word for it, and do your own research and form your own opinions. You may find some flaws with the company and their business model which I haven't been able to find.

Hope this helps, and Good Luck with your investments!
