So you think that even if the system is FCFS w/ no penalty for
flipping, that ETrade can follow it with no mistakes? I think
there are just flukes but no patterns yet to show that
anything has changed.

Gerald, how you explain my 5:04 IOI on Aloy? with no shares. I have plenty of cash and have gotten an IPO before.

I didn't flip MMPT (out) or VUSA (still hold). I haven't sold any TSCM. I've flipped/dumped either all or half of GCTY, PCLN, CDOT, NETO and MMXI. They do not penalized flippers, at least yet.

No one later than 5:06 got shares in ALOY. The same thing held true in previous IPOs. Unless you want to claim that in all the IPOs up until now all the winners just happened to come from the earliest group, this rules out a Lottery system.
